Over the years, we have planned and implemented world-class, conferences & seminars, award ceremonies, gala dinners, launches, exhibitions, road-shows and outdoor events, but we are inspired to do more.

1) Assist on pre-event planning:

- Handling pre-registration & RSVP, preparing materials / logistics for events, confirming with the vendors

2) Assist on onsite event support:

- Handling logistics, on-site registration, ushering, traffic marshals, stage management, emcee manager, performance's IC, etc.

3) Assist on post-event support:

- Handling event teardown, return material /logistics to vendors or contractors, unpack logistic, stock take

4) Assist on job pitching:

- Responsible for finding suppliers with the most ideal quote.

- Contribute during brainstorming sessions with the creative team for the concept and design of the event

5) Assist on ad-hoc duties:

- Helping with the miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager.
