You will be part of a small but dynamic HR Talent Acquisition team that focuses on recruiting best-fit candidates and building our employer brand across ASEAN for our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the campus recruitment strategies for a German-based multinational company from attraction to onboarding. You will also be given the opportunity to participate in both regional and global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full suite of recruitment cycle for internships from internship campaigns, enrolment with schools & institutes, interviews scheduling & selections to onboarding
- Engage and work with various tertiary institutes and channel partners in various campus programs to source the right talents for joint industry projects
- Support the TA team in the administration of all Employer Branding and Engagement activities for the Singapore entity including digital campaigns and campus events
- Participate in any other assigned HR projects
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
