Job Description

In this role, you will get an opportunity to work within the Industry Services Business Unit. You will gain hands-on experience working with a team of inspectors on inspections and assessments of petrochemical and chemical plants pipelines for refineries, storage tanks and power plant. 

Key Responsibilities: • Learn & conduct internal and external inspections to ensure compliance to standards, codes and documents. • Understand the plant equipment isometric drawings and preparing the drawings in AUTOCAD. • Learn & assist the team in performing Non-Destructive Testing (Advanced & Conventional NDT). • Interpret regulations, codes and industry standards such as ASME BPVC, AWS, ASTM, etc. • Maintain equipment assigned to ensure its good working condition Check the technical functionalities of the test equipment and their acceptance. • Provide support on site as well as preparation and documentation of inspection/test reports. • Prepare risk assessment before commencement of work and ensure that all safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. • Maintain positive relationships among all stakeholders – clients, facilities, customers and coworkers • Assist the team in NDT evaluation project or case study. • Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned.

Key Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering or any other relevant fields. • Keen interest in Non-Destructive Testing. • Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills. • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines. • Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
