About Turner Legal team:
The Turner Asia Pacific Legal Department (TLD) is looking for an intern based in Singapore to assist with the development and implementation of more effective tools and processes to assist the TLD to engage more effectively and efficiently with internal clients in the marketing, original production and sales teams across Turner APAC (APAC Business Units).
What will you be doing?
The intern will work with the TLD in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia to:
- identify point persons within each of the APAC Business Units
- identify relevant templates that are frequently used by the specific APAC Business Units,
- working with our T&O department in Atlanta to create SharePoint sites and helping to designate Turner employee access (i.e. linking the site to each APAC Business Unit’s key staff)
- working with TLD and T&O to refine the execution of documentation across Turner Asia using DocuSign and other possible tools recommended by T&O.
What do we require from you?
- Undergraduate student in law school
- A keen interest in exploring media, technology and entertainment businesses from a future career perspective
- Excellent communication skills, able to work autonomously but also works well with different people
- Good at influencing others, good at collaborating
