Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Handle full spectrum of order fulfilment.
• Process customers’ order timely and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate and facilitate between customers, distributions and sales team.
• Handle customers enquires, including resolving issues and customer feedbacks.
• Perform any customer service related task as assigned by superior.
• Ensure payment well received and payment channel before goods delivery.
• Ensure full information provided before goods delivery.
• Data entry, ensure orders record keeping and manage all documentation.
• Ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Studying in Poly/ITE or a recognised University.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and associates)
• Independent individual with ability to perform in fast pace environment.
• Enthusiastic, passionate about customer services.
