In 2023, we sprouted in a new direction. We launched Offshoots Academy (OA), the learning and development arm of Tuber aimed to help learners solve real problems and develop a variety of skills for their personal or professional growth. 

Job Description

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets for educational course content, AI tool, presentations, infographics, website and social media.
  • Assist in the design and development of branding assets, to be applied across marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions to contribute innovative design concepts aligning to product branding
  • Maintain and organise digital asset library.

Requirement 

  • Undergraduate in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow as a designer.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Portfolio showcasing design projects (please include a link or PDF).
  • Able to commit from January to April/May 2024
