Job Description
Try and Review is looking for a passionate, reliable, Thai-speaking campaign coordinator to handle digital campaigns execution and ensure clients satisfaction.
This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willing to grow within a promising start-up in the digital industry as this internship could lead to a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Try and Review Facebook and Instagram accounts for Thailand market.
- Be the first point of contact with testers from Thailand by email via our customer service online portal (Zendesk)
- Manage Thai website content: product/brand selection, product page creation, brand page creation
- Manage test campaigns for the Thai website: Test page creation, Testers selection, Campaign logistics
- Create daily eDMs with Mailchimp
- Create campaign reports for partnering brands
- Manage campaign budget
Requirements
- Thai (native) & English (fluent). Good verbal and written communication skills for dynamic and efficient community management
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Facebook and Instagram expert
- An organized person with good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, positive mindset and willingness to learn and contribute
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
