The Board Services Intern will be exposed to and be able to learn the administration of a company, particularly with regard to the compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements. He/she will know the different key stakeholders of a company and the importance of maintaining the company’s records.
Job description includes:
1. Drafting of routine resolutions
2. ACRA filing
3. Filing of statutory records
4. Printing of board papers 5. Other administrative or adhoc duties as assigned
