Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
Service Management
- Supporting and assisting the Head of Service Asia Pacific in the day-to-day business
- Calculation and visualization of various key performance indices such as service level, solved problems, backlog ratio and others
- Calculation and visualization of open cases as well as open projects to the Head of Service Asia Pacific
- Develop strategies to improve service quality
- Monitoring of the delivery times and the quantity of shipments of every spare part order from TRUMPF Singapore
- Support the service team with data management and maintenance
Sales
- Support the responsible salesman for Power Tools
Materials Management and Logistics
- Troubleshooting and identification of defective parts
- Replacement of damaged or worn off parts
- Support the spare parts team for SEA
- Analyse the current situation of logistic processes between Germany and SEA
- Testing of the Power Tool under maximum load to proof that the machine is working under the predefined specifications
- Delivery of repaired Power Tools to customer site
