Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s): customer service
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Monitor viewing conversation to assist users when needed
- Attend tenants & landlords issues on using the app (assist to sign up/how to use/how we work/ app issues)
- Educate/convince agents in using our app
- Collect users feedback and user experience to share with the development team for app improvement
- handle 3DV projects for property developers
