Receptionist (3-month Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be required to handle incoming calls and reception duties including attending to visitors, incoming and outgoing courier services and managing the booking calendar for meeting rooms.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Answer and screen phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
• Attend to guests and visitors with a pleasant and helpful attitude
• Prepare and serve refreshments for guests and visitors
• Ensure internal party is notified promptly on guests/visitors’ arrival
• Manage the booking calendar for meeting rooms
• Ensure that the meeting rooms are neat and tidy at all times
• Receiving incoming and outgoing courier
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Independent and with initiative
• Possess an outgoing personality, confident and has the ability to deal with all levels of people over the phone and in person
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to commence on short notice
• Able to commit for at least 3 months or longer if required
