Triplestar Holdings – Search Intern

Triplestar Holdings is an investment holding company that sources and develops business opportunities for the family behind the Tat Hong Group of businesses. The company's approach involves private equity investments, strategic partnerships, and M&A.

This is a full-time role for a Search Intern at Triplestar Holdings located in Singapore. The internship will involve a hands on learning experience to source for potential investment or acquisition opportunities that fit the search criteria of the family office. The intern will also gain an in-depth understanding of middle market and private equity transactions. 

Detailed Job Scope

• Research and identify attractive companies to invest in or acquire using Triplestar's investment criteria 
• Develop investment thesis and understanding of business models for identified opportunities
• Perform outreach activities via email, LinkedIn or phone
• Build sales funnels to track lead generation, nurturing and conversions 
• Review of confidential information on potential acquisitions 
• Assist in the M&A process of current live deals and new opportunities 
• Significant mentorship from Triplestar's management team and weekly meetings to discuss progress 

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conducting research and keyword research
• Ability to work effectively independently
