2024 Spring Private Equity Intern (Jan - Apr, 3 days/wk)

Triple P Capital is looking for an intern to join us beginning next year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly entrepreneurial private equity environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• In-depth research and screening of companies to propose as investment targets. 
• Support the team to evaluate and execute transactions. This could include drafting investment committee notes, financial modelling and/or coordinating due diligence processes.
• Support the team to identify projects to create value in the Triple P’s investee companies.
• Research into different social impact measurement and reporting frameworks.

Job Requirements

• Year 2/ Penultimate student from any undergraduate degree. Preference for Finance, Economics and Business majors, but not a requirement.
