Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
- Update and follow-up on the POs/GRNs using the ERP system.
- Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Verify and check inbound/outbound shipments; verify SKU, batch and quantity against picklist/permit before stuffing /unstuffing.
- Maintains the warehouse, records & stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in Store and Traffic Management that includes using ERP Systems to handle the inflow and outflow of goods.
- Experience with monthly inventory adjustment, stock-taking, and reports using ERP Systems will be an added advantage.
