Internal Audit Assistant

• Assist the Internal Auditor in the process of evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Assist in executing audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing audit work papers and audit reports. 
• Perform any other ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
