Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial reporting and variance analysis of financial statements.
• Ensure all corporate and financial matters are complying and adhere to all statutory / SEC / US GAAP / SOX requirements and company financial policies.
• Prepare group consolidation of accounts, forecast and analysis in compliance with the SEC reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports & analysis on 10Q / 10K pack for audit review.
• Liaise with overseas accountants to facilitate reconciliation and consolidation.
• Ensure that accounting reports are in compliance with approved accounting regulations, standards and practices.

Job Requirements:

• ACCA or degree in Accountancy
• Knowledge of group consolidation of accounts will be an added advantage
• Possess a positive attitude with good team player attributeStrong initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
