Trilogy Technologies Pte Ltd – Production Engineer

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, you shall be responsible to:

· Perform assigned daily production activities, e.g. programming, operating Surface Mount Machine (SMT) machine, assembling PCB/ electronic components, soldering, box-building, cable harnessing, according to work instructions, drawings, customers’ specifications, industry standard SOPs, schedule and safety requirements

· Ensure smooth daily production operations, highest product quality, minimal waste and on-time delivery schedule

· Conduct regular maintenance and perform troubleshooting for all mechanical machines, electronics equipment and common facilities

· Drive and increase production efficiency through continuous improvement and waste elimination to fulfill customers’ requirements and achieve maximum satisfaction

· Follow ISO, perform quality audit and IQC inspection of WIP and quality parameters

· Provide engineering and innovative solutions to meet customers’ requirements and resolve customers’ problems

· Work together with and assist R&D department to develop new technology/ products projects and development plans

· Carry out problem analysis, rework, corrective actions or propose changes/ activities for improvements to ensure maximum production efficiency and effectiveness 

· Report any abnormality, defects, damage of equipment/ facilities or production issues to the Superior immediately

· Ensure safety compliance and upkeep of cleanliness in production areas/ assigned work stations through daily housekeeping

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior, e.g. hands-on packaging and labeling when needed, share knowledge and coach new technicians, etc.

· Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering related discipline or equivalent

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in similar capacity preferably in the electronics industry

· Strong knowledge of industrial production, ISO QMS Requirements and Regulatory Compliance Standards is a must, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an added advantage

· Good time management, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

· Positive working and learning attitude with great initiative, pro-active, result-oriented

· Self-disciplined and motivated, fast learner, creative, high flexibility and adaptability

· Willing to work overtime when needed to meet production needs and delivery schedule

· Able to multitask, work independently and as a team within tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environmen
