Job Description
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts (advertisement, candidate sourcing, interview process management and offer management)
- On boarding and orientation of new hires
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Process monthly payroll
- Preparation of letter of Appointment/ Acceptance of resignation/ Employment certification
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Maintain an accurate Employee Record in HRIS and in the Personnel File
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience in using the HR system (Info-tech) will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
