Trapped Escape Room Singapore is one of the safest escape room in Asia as there is hardly any physical activity required neither are there any dangerous props or stunts that you need to perform. Here at Trapped Escape Room Singapore we offer the longest game time duration of up to 60mins unlike elsewhere which offer less than 60mins of gameplay. And we really mean it 60 minutes, not a minute less and not a minute more. We will not give you any clue at the beginning but you are given 3life lines to call for help just so that you have a fighting chance. But if you are smart enough like Einstein, you won’t even need any lifeline but so far we haven’t got anybody smart enough to escape without any lifelines. Escape Room Game Service Associate Role:
- Execute the daily activities of the store
- Provide excellent customer service when briefing and providing clues to customers prior, during and after the games
- Manage and maintain the online presence of Trapped on various social media platforms
- Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and feedback in store via phone call or walk-in
- Handle corporate clients queries via phone calls and/or emails
- Managing the booking system
- Calling customers with pre-bookings to confirm their attendance
- Cashiering duties
- Identify and provide ideas for promotional activities for various seasons to drive sales
- Maintain a high standard of store image/cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment
- Should there be an urgent situation of faulty props, broken boxes, locks or props, purchasing replacement items is to be done in which the company will reimburse the cost
- Send in requested reports in a timely manner to reporting Head
- Other adhoc duties assigned by reporting Head
Working hours are shift based. With 4 working days and 3 off days.
