- Job Description
-Assist with simple IT issues (etc. volume issue or easy technical issue)
-Asset recording (Power BI knowledge)
-Designing of the new TVI website (if knowledgeable in using WIX).
-Research and work on process automation (On-boarding process etc)
-Handling IT Helpdesk system, IT portal design and information.
-Various IT support activities.Expected Qualification / Experience:
-Office 365, Basic Excel
-Some basic design knowledge
-Understands basic IT systems
-Interested in SaaS or Technology.Specific Projects:
-Digital transformation
-Technology automation
-IT asset management
