We are looking for an independent and self-starter. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work directly under the guidance and supervision of our CEO. You will get first-hand experience of the operations of a Fintech company. Interns will be exposed to the wide range of legal work which includes (but not limited to):
Carry out legal research
Assist in vetting / drafting of b2b agreements
Drafting other legal documents
Drafting employment related documents
Perform adhoc task as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuing a law degree at an accredited law school
- Self-starter and independent at work
- Prior contract drafting experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- A passion and knowledge of the Fintech industry
- Prior internship or work experience in financial services, technology companies, or legal or Fintech industry (preferred but not required)
