Job Description

• Identify and explore on new or improved product/service based on industry trends.
• Able to conduct sales canvassing / presentations
• Assess customers’ needs and providing information, high level of service, market, and product information.
• Generate enquiry, lead and sales conversion report with social media with LinkedIn, SEO, Google Business, Google Analytics etc
• Work closely with designers to handle graphic design, video creation of marketing materials create video for social media content and ads.
• Liaise with corporate vendors such as creative agencies, agencies and existing tenants for promotional and tie ups for cross selling;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed

Job Requirements 

- Passionate about e-marketing and effective with using on-line platforms to generate leads

- Knowledge of SEO & SEM concepts and website analytics tools (Google analytics) and WordPress

- Knowledge of graphic design software

- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task

- Creative and have good written and verbal communication skills
