Job Description

Job Description for Customer Experience Intern 

Assist with preparation of sending surveys to internal and external customers

Conduct survey questionnaire fieldwork

Analyse survey findings and assist with preparation of survey reports

Liaising with internal business units to obtain action plans on survey findings

Assist with preparation of support channels’ performance metric reports

Skill sets required:

1. Competent in Excel and PowerPoint

2. Competent in data crunching and analysis
