What you will do:

• Run queries from systems (SAP and reporting tools) to complete daily reporting tasks.
• Gather and organize data (accounting and trading sources) for analysis and reporting purpose.
• Prepare and update templates for tracking of trading desks Profit and Loss.
• Prepare standard accrual journal vouchers.
• Filing of reports and templates in drives (ad-hoc).
• Notes taking during meetings (ad-hoc).

What you will learn:

• Learn about financial control and why it exists.
• Perform simple/intermediate analysis of accounting and trading data for consistency checks.
• Microsoft Excel and SAP exposure.

What you should have:

• In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Good academic knowledge in Accounting and Finance.
• Intermediate excel skills (sum, sub-total, vlookup and pivot tables)
• Knowledge in accounting system (is good to have, but not necessary)
• Good time-management skills and able to multi-task.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and sense of ownership.
