We are seeking an energetic events executive who can work with minimal supervision, has an attention to detail and is naturally outgoing and customer-focused.
Job Description
Coordinate and organise events/workshops
Assist in preparing workshops/event proposals and budgets
Attend meetings/get event briefs from clients and customers
Onsite event/workshop execution
Assist with fragrance bar and fragrance booth set up and operations
Manage inventory in lab, storeroom and for events/workshops
Requirements
Articulate and excellent communication skills
A can-do attitude with attention to details
Collaborative and responsible
Able to work independently and under pressure
Positive and energetic personality
Passionate and willing to learn
Preferable if can start immediately but not mandatory
