- Assist Marketing & Sales department to manage all digital and social platform(s) and projects assessment(s)
- Assist to grow brands’ social media platforms and increase traffic viewership on respective brand’s websites
- Assist in creation of company's marketing collateral and managing supplier and vendor database
- Planning, organising and executing production timeline according to required campaign(s)
- Manage and assist in smooth operations of any production, artwork and creative activations
- Job requires you to be hands-on and have the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Other on job tasks include artwork/creatives planning, product and brand packaging, Visual Merchandising, social media execution, managing media list and database, organise workshops and events, and many more.
- Knowledge in Product Design, Visual Merchandising, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CMS platform, ambassador management platform, social media management and WordPress is a value-added advantage.
- Assist CEO and, Marketing & Sales department to manage marketing and creative execution on all brand platform(s) and medium
- Experience the beauty of fragrance and sensory marketing from B2C aspect
- Resourcing for new avenues to grow brand(s)’ awareness, partnerships, revenue and business opportunities across all businesses
- Project Management – planning, coordinating and organising events/workshops
- Attend meetings/get event briefs from clients and customers
- Assist in preparing retail/workshops/event proposals and budgets
- Assist to resource relevant materials for packaging, equipment and storage
- Assist with Scent Bar and fragrance booth set up and operations for events, workshops and other activations
- Assisting in running operations and logistics operations of stock and inventory in Top Middle Base
- Assist in updating company’s equipment, stock, inventories and operations collateral
- Managing storeroom and cleanliness of workspaces
- Managing company’s media databases
