We are looking for a administrative assistant to help us for data migration into a new system and perform user acceptance testing.
1) Assist in administration work
2) Assist in HR functions including Recruitment, Record Keeping and Payroll process
3) Responsible for providing general support to the HR team from time to time.
3) Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
1) Fast Learner and independent
2) Meticulous & Careful
3) Efficient in Excel is an added advantage, but not a necessary
