Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant (Urgent Hire)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant to join our operations team on the East side of Singapore. Candidates with strong WMS and warehouse administration experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stock movement activities including receiving, issuing, and bin-to-bin transfers

• Ensure inventory and stock location accuracy within the warehouse

• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions

• Support warehouse administration and documentation processes

• Monitor and record Relative Humidity readings daily

• Load and unload goods onto milk run lorries

• Support adhoc retrieval and return of kitted parts and packaging

• Assist with audit preparation and stock checks

• Maintain good housekeeping and daily 5S standards

• Support general warehouse operations as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a valid forklift license (optional)

• Prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a must

• Experience in warehouse administration or inventory coordination preferred

• Familiar with warehouse receiving, issuing, and stock movement processes

• Able to handle physical warehouse duties

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Immediate availability or short notice candidates preferred

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00pm

• 5.5 working days per week
