Toku Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

What would you be doing?

You will report to our Campaign Marketing Manager. You will be working in conjunction with the rest of the team to brainstorm and execute our campaigns. You will be responsible for driving customer retention, engagement and response rates, particularly across email and social media.

• Ensure data cleanliness on our CRM (HubSpot)
• Set up, test and monitor workflows on HubSpot
• Brainstorm campaign ideas
• Manage the social media calendar
• Draft creatives and copies for emails and social media posts
• Launch posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Analyze paid and organic channel performance to gauge the success of campaigns
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Are a recent graduate or a Master’s student
• Have knowledge of marketing analytics
• Have excellent writing and communication skills
• Are able to work well independently and meet timeframes
• Are a self-starter who enjoys learning and working in a collaborative environment

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with marketing or social media management
• Experience working with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Experience working with HubSpot
