1. Role Description
This position reports to the Career Development Program Director and interfaces with company managers and existing clients. The Company is committed to a customer focused, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the on-going development of a superior workplace for all program management executives
2. Specific Responsibilities
- Analyze the requests of the existing clients and address client enquiries in timely manner via platforms including but not limited to WeChat
- Provide constructional advice to the clients and recommend relevant career development elements and trainings according to the clients' career development plan
- Assist in new client onboarding, career program session facilitation and career development support
- Assist in community building to engage industry professionals as mentors to clients
- Assist in preparing operational materials and share with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist Career Development Program Director for curriculum design and operations
- Assist in program management include new program deisgn, mentor/mentee engagement, process improvement and other projects to streamline work processes
3. Competencies
- Oversee the collection of information on customer needs, priorities and market trends
- Develop collaterals to be presented to the customers
- Present recommended solutions to customers and internal stakeholders for validation and improvements
