Job Description

1. Role Description

This position reports to the Career Development Program Director and interfaces with company managers and existing clients. The Company is committed to a customer focused, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the on-going development of a superior workplace for all program management executives

 

2. Specific Responsibilities

  • Analyze the requests of the existing clients and address client enquiries in timely manner via platforms including but not limited to WeChat
  • Provide constructional advice to the clients and recommend relevant career development elements and trainings according to the clients' career development plan
  • Assist in new client onboarding, career program session facilitation and career development support
  • Assist in community building to engage industry professionals as mentors to clients
  • Assist in preparing operational materials and share with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist Career Development Program Director for curriculum design and operations
  • Assist in program management include new program deisgn, mentor/mentee engagement, process improvement and other projects to streamline work processes

 

3. Competencies

  • Oversee the collection of information on customer needs, priorities and market trends
  • Develop collaterals to be presented to the customers
  • Present recommended solutions to customers and internal stakeholders for validation and improvements
