Job Description

Requirements: 

  • Currently a Degree or Diploma student
  • Those not base in Singapore, must be able to sponsor your own working pass
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
    Demonstrated ability to take initiative when required.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to student enquiries, approving requests for breaks in studies, preparing letters and updating student files checking that all documents have been received, as required. (Knowledge of course regulations are essential for ensuring that students receive correct information).
  • Complete the enrolment procedures for students and generate the student cards.
  • For international students organize the renewal and cancellation of student passes, as appropriate.
  • Ensure that details of examination schedules and class timetables are accessible to students.
  • Monitor student attendance and ensure that follow up warning letters are issued and copied to the student’s file.
  • Assist with student orientation and the preparation and distribution of orientation materials and textbooks etc.
  • Provide service at the student reception counter.
  • Assist in all internal assessments and audits.
  • Responsible for updating the information in the student management system 
  • Conduct the orientation briefing given to all new students and to new staff.
  • Sourcing and purchase of text books, as required.
  • Assist in the planning and involve in the running of the graduation ceremony.
  • Sourcing and make arrangement with company on Student internship.
