A subsidiary of The Live Group (www.thelivegroup.com), TLG Festivals was incepted for internal production events, our first signature event being FitnessFest.
FitnessFest is Asia's ultimate fitness escapade with the purpose of advocating the fitness as a sustainable lifestyle. FitnessFest features the world's first Fitness Concert, bringing audiences workouts with top fitness celebrities and pros; Fitness Discovery Arenas featuring CrossFit, Boxing, Calisthenics, Spin, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Bouldering and many more; a Healthy Living Show; Wellness Market; and Shopping & Food Villages.
2018 will be an exciting year as we shall be seeing FitnessFest springboard to other cities such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Bangkok. We are also developing other signature festivals in the pipeline.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Assistance in exhibitor outreach - follow up calls to arrange for F2F meeting
- Prepare sales contracts, follow up on return of sales contracts, invoicing for sales
- Coordination with exhibitors, partners and sponsors for marketing collatorals and content
- Coordination in the execution of deliverables for exhibitors, partners and sponsors
- Other related coordination and administration tasks
