Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, website and promotional materials.
• Support content creation, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and event materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support branding and communications initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining website content and marketing databases.
• Explore the use of AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and content generation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and performance analytics.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia, Design, or other related disciplines.
• Strong interest in marketing, digital content, and technology, particularly in EdTech or SaaS products.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop ideas for digital campaigns and content.
• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), with an interest in how they are used for business marketing.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in learning how SaaS companies grow customers through marketing and lead generation. Able to assist the sales team in marketing and promoting our product.
