FitnessFest is Asia's ultimate fitness escapade with the purpose of advocating the fitness as a sustainable lifestyle. Apart from FitnessFest, TLG Festivals has lined up an interesting array of festivals thoughout the coming months. Our objective is to create a collection of festivals that would make a positive impact to the society.
We are looking for an Admin Executive on a part-time basis, to work 2 days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

JOB SCOPE:
- Preparation of invoices
- Tracking and follow-up on payments
- Filing, to maintain organised set of files for submission to our accounts
- Preparation of payments
- Care of petty cash
- Staff claims
- Other admin tasks
