Data Summarisation: Organize and extract data from research articles, experiments, and surveys into a structured and tabular format. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries while adhering to established data management protocols.

Linking Personality with Traits: Assist in identifying and summarizing research studies that establish connections between personality traits and other psychological variables or phenomena. Analyze and present these connections in a clear and concise manner.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of research findings, data sources, and data extraction processes. Contribute to the creation of research reports and presentations based on the collected data and insights.

Qualifications:

A major in psychology, with a minimum of undergraduate-level studies (ideally master's level).

Have access to traditional psychology journal research sites such as JSTOR, SAGE, Scorpus, etc.

Strong interest in personality psychology and research.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

A high sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work.
