Responsibilities:

• Support in administration work.
• Prepare regular and effective reports to the manager for analysis.
• Maintain and update Project and Maintenance records.
• Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting.
• Implementing the quality maintenance program, complying with government/ statutory regulations, and conducting regular audits of the building and M&E systems.
• Ensure all installation works are maintained in conformance with all building and statutory requirements.
• Attend the site inspections to provide accurate technical and installation guidelines and support to the right person in charge to ensure the successful installation of our products.
• Any other instructions issued from time to time by manager.
