Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customer.
• Mix and match ingredients to create drinks in accordance with customers’ expectations.
• Prepare for beverage service (mise en place).
• Set up bar area at the start of a shift and clean up/close with proper procedures.
• Fill glassware cabinets, load ice machines and remove any clutter left by the previous shift.
• Understand and master cocktail components.
• Maintain the established par levels for supplies and make requisitions to replenish shortages.
• Check beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
