Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of retail and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the conceptualising and implementing campaigns in retail marketing, loyalty (CRM), digital and brand marketing.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collaterals and communication materials.
• Manage relationships and requests from retail outlets, partner agencies, media and other collaborators.
• Write reports on the measurement and analysis of marketing activities performance.
• Address marketing-related customer service queries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and event management assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
• Marketing experience, preferably in Retail Marketing.
• Creative, resourceful and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and meticulous attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence decisions.
• Proficiency on MS Office and Adobe is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Candidates with Events/Advertising agency background are preferred.
