About the role
TIG Launchpad is recruiting motivated JC1–JC2 students and equivalent high schoolers from international schools to serve as Student Ambassadors for our upcoming webinar: "Getting to Top Universities: Admissions Strategies for High-Achievers". Ambassadors will promote the webinar within their schools and networks, drive registrations, and ensure strong turnout from their peers. For every qualified referral who attends the webinar, ambassadors will receive SGD 5.
Key responsibilities
Promote the TIG Launchpad admissions webinar to peers in your JC or international school (JC1–JC2 / Grades 11–12 equivalent).
Share webinar registration links via WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, school clubs, CCA networks, and social media.
Encourage sign-ups by highlighting the value of the session (tips on top uni admissions, scholarship strategies, personal statements, and more).
Track and submit referrals using TIG Launchpad's simple tracking form.
Provide feedback on outreach channels that work best within your school community.
Ideal candidate profile (must-have qualities)
Relevant networks: Active member of your school community with direct access to JC1–JC2 cohorts or international school high schoolers (e.g., class rep, CCA leader, student council, club president, peer mentor).
Strong communicator: Confident in writing clear, persuasive messages and speaking to peers about opportunities.
Self-starter: Able to work independently, manage your own outreach, and meet simple weekly targets.
Credible voice: Respected by peers; able to authentically endorse the webinar's value.
Digital-savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms commonly used by students.
Integrity: Willing to represent TIG Launchpad professionally and follow basic referral tracking guidelines.
