- Job Description
Customer Service
- Answer any customer's enquiries and make bookings (phone, facebook, website chat agent, email etc)
- Serve customers and receive payment after their treatment
- Call new customers after their treatment for feedback or service recovery
- Any other ad hoc duties
Marketing
- Brainstorm and develop idea for new marketing campaign
- Gather necessary marketing material
- Any other ad hoc duties
Working Hours (please specify the days you are able to commit):
Weekdays 10.30am - 7.30pm
Weekends 9.30am - 4.30pm
