Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Intern supports daily supply chain operations, primarily focusing on order processing and basic reporting tasks. This role assists the team in ensuring smooth order execution and maintaining accurate operational data.
Job Responsibilities
1. Order Processing Support
- Assist in order entry, verification, and system updates.
- Support coordination with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
- Track order status and report any delays or issues to the team.
- Maintain basic records of orders and shipment details.
2. Reporting & Data Support
- Assist in preparing reports on orders, inventory, and shipments.
- Update and maintain data in internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy of data entries and highlight discrepancies if any.
3. General Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the supply chain team.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Excel or basic data tools is an advantage.
