- Job Description
Telemarketer (Full time/Part time)
Responsibilities:
- Calling to potential prospects to schedule appointments and record down details for sales team to follow up with the prospects.
- Engage and build good rapport with existing customers, with the aim of converting potential leads to customers
- Keep customers updated with latest promotions
- Ensure that appointments details are documented to maintain accurate records
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telemarketing is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team
- Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Full-timer)
