Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children.  We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

Job Description

The Admin Executive provides Office Administrative, Board and Corporate Secretariat support to the HQ office.

Office Administrative Duties

  • Follow-up on the renewal of Agreements
  • Company handphones asset management
  • Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
  • Perform relief duties at reception
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Board Secretariat

  • Circulation and compilation of Board Members’ Self Evaluation Documents
  • Schedule board and committee meetings and reschedule meetings as and when the need arises due to postponements and changes
  • Prepare, compile, upload and circulate meeting materials
  • Minutes taking

Corporate Secretariat

  • Circulation and compilation of Annual AGM Documents and Directors’ Resolutions

Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognised University
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience, but open to fresh graduates
  • A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in Office Administration at Executive level
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • IT savvy - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
  • Multi-tasker who can communicate well with people of all levels
  • Ability to maintain and ensure confidentiality
