Theme International Trading is an collective portfolio investment fund based in Singapore, managed by a fund management company that is regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We invest and trade in listed financial instruments to achieve high risk-adjusted returns. Our team of portfolio managers focuses on market-making listed products across different asset classes on global exchanges.
We rely heavily on our Software Engineering team to build proprietary systems that enhance trading and operational efficiencies. Currently, we would like to offer internship opportunities for software engineering roles.
JOB SCOPE
As an intern, you will assist our Software Engineering team in various projects, including but not limited to:
- writing production code using modern development stack
- work closely with the operation team to build proprietary back office systems
- write test code to ensure the quality of delivery
REQUIREMENTS
For a great internship experience, ideally you are/have:
- are an undergraduate pursuing a degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- strong knowledge in at least one of these programming languages: C#, Java, Go, Python
- strong knowledge of text processing and regular expressions
- familiar with web development technologies: ASP.NET, Java Spring, or Python Flask etc.
- familiar with relational database technologies
