Social Media 60% 

• Understanding our business - Familiarize yourselves with the nature of clients’ business, and understand the target audience and competitors
• Respond to community queries via emails and social media daily
• Support the social media team in ideating and planning social content calendars and copywriting 
• Keep up with social trends and review how they can apply for Pawjourr
• Building our network of creators through cold outreach, DMs, and emails etc.
• A bonus if you’re well versed with creating TikTok videos

Campaigns 40%

• Supporting the campaigns team in the management of influencer marketing campaigns 
• Maintain constant and clear communication with clients and influencers to understand their needs and manage their expectations
• Identifying industry trends and understanding insights on the pets community
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on market/influencer behavior

Qualifications

• An existing student with a local polytechnic/ university
• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated worker who is excited about challenges
• Team player with a positive and cooperative spirit
• Interested in and passionate about the pets industry
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the social media marketing or the pet industry is a plus.
