Our project includes Hotel, Office, Boutique, Al-fresco Dining, Residential and Dwelling Houses etc. We are seeking for talented candidate to fit into our organization, trained, groom, advanced together and to contribute to the Industry.

Jobs Description 

• Reviewing Tender Documents & Drawings
• Responsible for the accurate estimation of quantities and tender cost estimates to aid management in bidding on or determining price of projects
• Manage all costs and expenditures of projects within budgets so as to achieve the profit targets of assigned projects
• Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of record concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client.
• Doing Progress Claim, VO Settlement and Final Account Settlement
• Able to read & understand Auto Cad Construction Drawings
• Attend meetings/ briefings when required.
• Any other duties may be assigned.
