• Employee Engagement Projects

• Employee Skills Inventory Database

• Learning Needs Analysis

• Chef Learning Journeys Coordination

• Training Vendors Comparison

• Ad-hoc Training Coordination

Other duties: 

• Training-related support for WSH Team

• Basic Food Hygiene (Training Partners’ Gateway administration for new hires)

• Monitoring and Registering expiring BFH Certifications

• Upkeep BFH certifications archive for outlet manager requests

• Ad-hoc WSH Team admin support as needed
