Job Description
- To prepare all mise-en place and ensure to finish on time and assigned by station leaders.
- Cleaning and cutting for ingredients.
- Set up station for daily a la carte operations.
- Send (intern) attachment to cover shortage of manpower (M.C / Rest Day/ AL)
- To ensure members are happy with the standard of lunch, dinner and any special function.
- To ensure that all dishes are cleanly presented on time, the standard set by the executive chef.
- To collect market orders from the store based on food stock sheets every day.
- To arrive in the kitchen on time, according to the time sheet, and always be ready for each service.
- To follow instructions and policy of the Club and immediate Supervisor.
- To comply with health and safety by Singapore law requirements with minimum complaint
