We exist because water safety isn't optional. Every year kids grow up unable to swim — some out of fear, some because they started late, some because a school assessment snuck up on the family. About us
We teach kids to swim and guarantee the outcome — unlimited lessons until they swim 25m. Parents find us because they're worried their child can't swim safely yet, and our job is to show them, in three seconds of scroll, that we're the ones who'll finally get their kid there. That three seconds is your canvas.
The role
You own our organic social presence end-to-end — Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll turn real footage of real kids learning to swim into content that stops parents mid-scroll, earns trust, and drives them to book a free trial. You're not just "posting"; you're building the brand parents choose with their child's safety on the line.
What you'll do
- Own the content calendar across IG, TikTok, and FB — plan, shoot, edit, caption, publish, engage.
- Create short-form video (9:16, muted-first, caption-led) — the format that actually converts for us. Fast, warm, real. You'll be comfortable filming on location at pools and editing on your phone/laptop.
- Capture the real moments — a nervous kid's first unaided lap, a proud parent, a coach's patience. Turn them into hooks, transformation stories, and reassurance content.
- Write scroll-stopping copy — hooks in the first 3 seconds, captions that carry the whole message, CTAs that lead to a trial.
- Engage the community — reply to comments and DMs, farm reviews, build relationships with swim/parenting creators.
- Read the numbers — track what wins (hook rate, saves, reach, trials booked), and make more of it. We're a data-driven shop; you'll be too.
- Work with the digital marketing + coaching teams — the best organic concepts often become ads, and vice versa.
Nice to have: experience with a kids/education/parenting/local services brand, basic design (Canva/CapCut/Premiere), community management, or a portfolio of short-form video you made yourself.
