Our ideal Business Development Intern is one that is eager to learn, and to do what it takes to produce positive experiences for all our customers in our Summer Acai stores.

You will work directly with Operations & Marketing managers and to collaborate and brainstorm on ideation of marketing plans & campaigns and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to assist in the many different operations of a fast growing company.
Your JD - You should be able to commit throughout this internship but work starts at 11am!
Content creation, creative & copywriting - Brainstorming of ideas, EDMs, business development & structuring social media and marketing planners, assisting to create marketing campaigns with major outreach partners (Grab/Foodpanda/Deliveroo), with clear direction and duplicating marketing activities among different platforms.
Conduct research on the latest social media trends in order to recognize current topics and patterns. Generate concise video content suitable for social media platforms, particularly Reels. Generate ideas and produce artwork for social media assets. Coordinate, plan, and provide assistance during photoshoots.
Required skills:
Proficiency in using TikTok and creating Reels
Comfortable in front of a camera
Keen attention to detail and aesthetics
Proficient in photography and videography techniques
Sound knowledge of photography and video editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
Organized and quick to grasp new concepts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong passion for social media platforms
A background in marketing is considered an advantage.
• Market penetration - Research on areas where we can extend our market share and on different channels, coordinate outreach programs and develop relationships with key account managers.
• Webpage Design - Assist with Mass comms exec with design front/backend website enhancements for enhanced customer experience in our pages. Requirements• Multi-Tasker (you will be required to work on different business activities from Marketing, Logistics or to business planning. • A person that uses a phone, and loves to eat acai!
